Tender moet op amptelike tendervorms ingedien word en moet per hand by die Kerkkantoor afgelewer word vir die aandag van mev Hendrika Van Staden.
Alle tenders moet in 'n verseëlde koevert wees wat die betrokke verkrygingsverteenwoordiger, die tendernommer, sluitingsdatum en tyd duidelik aandui. Hierdie verseëlde koevert wat beide die harde kopieë bevat, moet voor die indieningsperdatum van 23 Februarie 2024 in bogenoemde persoon se hande wees.
Geen laat tenders, tenders per faksimilee of e-pos en tenders per pos sal aanvaar word nie.

Service providers are herby invited to tender for the garden services at NG Kempton-Hoogland in Kempton Park.

Tender must be submitted on official tender forms and must be hand delivered to the Church Office for the attention of Mrs. Hendrika Van Staden.
All tenders should be in a sealed envelope clearly stating the relevant procurement representative, the tender number, closing date, and time. This sealed envelope containing both the hard copies must be in the above-mentioned person’s hands before the submission deadline of 23 February 2024.
No late tenders, tenders per facsimile or e-mail and tenders per post will be accepted.
